Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located at 12370 US-101 and 200 N Salmon Harbor Rd. It includes several buildings: Xaa-Wan'-K'wvt Village and Resort (XVR) Registration Office, Ship Ashore Gift Shop, Ship Ashore Registration Office, North Park Recreation Hall, XVR Harbor Office, South Park Recreation Hall, XVR Restaurant, XVR Hotel, Maintenance yard and sheds.

Former Use: The Site was purchased in November 2016. Prior to purchase, the Site had commercial and residential facilities, as well as recreational uses. The Ship Ashore Gift Shop, hotel, restaurant, RV park, and mobile home park made up the commercial and residential facilities at the Site, along with associated administrative and maintenance facilities.
