Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 0.55-acre property that includes a former church building constructed in 1871. The current owner of the site, the Brewery Arts Center, plans to continue using the building as a multi-use facility used by various organizations within the community as a performance hall and event space. The building's roof contains asbestos. The roof is in need of replacement. Asbestos abatement will be conducted with be conducted with 128(a) funding, and a new roof will be funded through the State of Nevada Brownfields Program's Revolving Loan Fund.
