Former Use: The Property is currently a vacant industrial lot owned by the City of Reno. The Property overlies a regional plume of PCE in groundwater. Adjacent facilities located in proximity of the Property have created PCE impacts to groundwater underlying the Property. The impacted groundwater is within the containment boundary monitored by the Central Truckee Meadows Remediation District. As of the date of the Phase I report, remedial action and/or monitoring are being conducted by applicable responsible party(s) and all indications are that this will continue until case closure is granted.
