Additional Property Attributes

The anticipated redevelopment of the property includes construction of affordable housing units and workforce housing. The phase I identified several RECs, however, the Phase II did not find any contaminants of concern for the property. One pole mounted transformer was observed on the site.

Former Use: The property features a sparsely forested vacant lot. The property was formerly a mobile home/trailer park from the 1950s-2018. The buildings were constructed in the 1970s and utilized as a mobile home park with 32 trailers, a laundry room and storage/maintenance shed until being vacated. Due to the age the buildings, ACM and/or LBP could be present. Buried debris was noted as the vacated trailers were crushed on-site and majority ofdebris removed. Fires occurred in two of the trailers.
