Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of a Church�s Chicken restaurant, with the remainder of the Site mostly covered by a mound of excavated material. A chain-link fence surrounds the portion of the Site that contains the mound of excavated material. The Site is located in a neighborhood characterized by a mix of residential and commercial properties. The Site is bordered on the north by a Walgreens, with Guymon St. and Horton Elementary School beyond; on the west by Chollas Creek, with a youth center beyond; on the south by Market Street, with the Euclid Avenue Trolley Station beyond; and on the east by Euclid Avenue with the Elementary Institute of Science beyond.

Former Use: Portions of the property have been developed since at least 1928. Historically, the Site consisted of four contiguous commercial parcels with multiple physical addresses. The Church�s Chicken restaurant is the only remaining building on the Site. Historically, multiple commercial properties have been located on the property.
