Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Historically, the Subject Property was first developed with several commercial structures sometime between 1941 and 1957. Prior to 1941 the Subject Property was undeveloped land. Between 1957 and 1963, the structures of the Subject Property were demolished or re-distributed, and the Subject Property was redeveloped with several commercial structures. Two city directory listings identify a commercial fuel station (Mels Enco Gas Station, 2141 South Airport Way) on the Subject Property in 1965 and 1970. By 1975 all of the previously identified structures were removed, and the Subject Property was undeveloped (circa 1975 to Present). The historical use of the Subject Property as a commercial fuel station represents a recognized environmental condition (REC).
