75-foot tall wooden historic grain elevator with basement and attached garage Former Use: Former grain elevator, operated 1907 - 1980, structure owned by Teslow Group, property owned by Montana Rail Link / previous owner includes Teslow Inc. The Teslow Preservation Group sold the building shortly after the cleanup was completed in May of 2021. The purchaser plans to develop a vertical-based community garden in the building but has delayed construction to raise additional funds and seek additional investors. ACRES would not let me select $0 for dollars leveraged for redevelopment so I inputted $1 as a placeholder to update later.
