Additional Property Attributes

This property is currently owned by a woman who is using it for storage - when this property is ready to be passed on to the children she wanted them to know what potential hazards would limit the future uses. The Phase I showed the following RECs: petroleum products, fiberglass AST, drums with unknown contents, surrounding fertilizer buildings, gas stations, and other farm implement buildings. The Phase I recommended asbestos testing, mold testing, proper disposals, and soil and groundwater testing.

Former Use: The property was an auto shop prior to its current status as a storage facility. The property was previously owned by Russ and Gaylene Reisig.
