Additional Property Attributes

Site consists of a 4,400 sq. ft. building located at 4036 Morrison Road and an 1,200 sq. ft. building located immediately adjacent at 4040 Morrison Road. The TBA recipient is planning on re-using the existing Site buildings. The existing garage building (4036 Morrison Road) will be re-used as a bottling facility by BuCu West Bottling. The office building (4040 Morrison Road) will be utilized as a small community center open to peer to peer classes, community art gallery shows and temporary workspaces.

Former Use: 4036 constructed in 1950s, various business and auto garage. 4040 residence then office, construction date unknown but prior to 1937.
