Additional Property Attributes

The area surrounding the property was originally developed in the late 1800s to early 1900s when it was established as a reservation for the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe. Prior to the 1940s, the subject property existed as undeveloped trust land, controlled by the Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe. During the 1940s the property was developed with the horse corral and the shed was built later in the 1970s. that developed the property. Recently, a significant amount of dumping has been occurring on the property.

Former Use: Property was transferred as part of the Flandreau Reservation established around the end of the 1800's and beginning of the 1900's. The Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe retains ownership of this trust land.
