Property Highlights

The TBA was conducted for the Rosebud Sioux Tribe. Results of the site background found hazardous building materials as non-scope considerations associated with the subject property. The Phase II ESA assessed the building for asbestos-containing material (ACM), lead-based paint (LBP), polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), mercury, and mold. Results of the Phase II ESA found ACM, LBP, and mold present in the building.

Former Use: The building construction date is unknown and assumed to be 1900's. It is log in construction with mortar between logs. Use has been commercial.
