Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Routzen Gas Station is located at 23 Pinsbaari Drive in Acoma Pueblo, NM. The site was a former gas station and feed store constructed around the 1970�s and previously operated as a used car lot. The property consists of approximately 1,500 sq. ft. gas station and feed store building, a 1,000 sq. ft. partially built building, and a approximately 400 sq. ft. shade structure on fenced 4-acre site. The Phase I ESA found the following RECs: area where a former AST was removed in the 1980�s, two 55-gallon drums left on site, pump and associated piping on site, and historical oil changing operations.
