Phase II investigation confirmed the presence of some contaminants, although not exceeding any State or Federal criteria. Manure stockpiled (reportedly during 1935 through 1975) in a repository pile approximately 37.5 feet high with an 8-acre footprint. Two active sewage waste lagoons are present at the site, approximately 0.9 and 1.9 acres in size. Demolition of several buildings will require asbestos and lead based paint abatement.
