Additional Property Attributes

The site is located in a commercial and residential area of Lame Deer. The property contains a principal structure which house the offices of the NC Land Authority and the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). According to the cadastral database, the structure was built in 1977 and remodeled in 1987. a newer metal storage shed and a metal storage container were also observed on the site. Evidence of an underground storage tank (UST) was observed on the site. Two other former UST's were observed stored at the ground surface. Materials used in onsite building construction may contain asbestos and/or lead based paint

Former Use: The site was reportedly used in the past as a vehicle repair shop and a storage/loading area for various materials.

A Phase II ESA did not recommend any additional investigation at the site.
