Additional Property Attributes

This residential property contains a small burned house. The site is located along the Cheyenne Avenue, one of the principal thoroughfares in Lame Deer. The property is on the same block as two other Brownfields sites. Cleanup and redevelopment of the block would provide additional centrally-located land for development of business, tribal offices, and/or homes.

Former Use: The site was owned by Therese Woodenlegs, who recently passed away. The property is apparently in probate.
