Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document that the property was developed with a grocery and gasoline service station constructed in 1940 on the northern portion, and a commercial building on the southern portion constructed prior to 1952. Gasoline service station operations on the northern portion reportedly began in 1956 (when the USTs were installed) and ceased in approximately 1991. Interviews with the current occupant identify that the subject building was operated as a grocer and butcher shop with gasoline dispensing, carwash, and tire charge operations prior to the current occupants office supply business which began in approximately 1997. The commercial building on the southern portion of the property was demolished between 2006 and 2009. PM could not identify the address nor former occupants of the commercial building, however, according to the current owner and current occupants, who have been familiar with the property for at least 22 years, it operated as a restaurant prior to the building being vacated and remained vacant until demolition. The east adjoining body shop has been storing vehicles on the southern portion of the subject property for approximately three to four years.
