Additional Property Attributes

Property is a small, currently vacant, lot currently mostly covered by thin asphalt. Historical information indicates that property was residential from approximately 1937 to 1950. Commercial buildings and storage areas were on-site periodically from 1958 through 2011. Storage remained from 2013 to 2016 after buildings were removed. Property has remained vacant with periodic storage since that time period. The property is being planned for re-development for commercial use.
