Additional Property Attributes

The site was previously used as a state DOT repair and maintenance yard. The site consists of three lots which housed the repair shop, storage site, and offices. The property is currently vacant and one lot is fenced off from the public. The site has the old NDOT buildings still on it. The site is surrounded by residential areas and green space. The phase I identified the following points of concern for future development: storage of chemicals on the site, former presence of a diesel AST, former presence of 12 dicer ASTs, presence of oil, leaking underground storage tank, underground storage tank in use, old buildings which may contain asbestos. Based on these findings the phase I recommends a phase II and asbestos test be done on the property.
