Additional Property Attributes

This is a residential property with a single-story wood-framed house and detached woodframed garage that was constructed in the mid to late 1930s. The property was privately owned and was purchased by TBA applicant, Missoula Food Bank, after completion of the Phase I ESA. The Phase II recommended addressing Asbestos Containing Material prior to demolition, Lead Based Paint prior to demolition and lead in soil prior to demolition and addressing soil gas with a vapor barrier prior to redevelopment.
