Historic records indicate that the subject property was vacant land until it was developed as an apartment complex in 1981. The property consists of three buildings containing 12 affordable housing units, primarily utilized by seniors. A Phase I ESA virtual site visit was performed on August 13, 2020 by Ms. Tana Jones with the assistance of Mr. Jess McGee (HDA Management, Limited Liability Corporation [LLC]).

A Phase I update was completed by MT DEQ in March of 2021 as the original Phase I was set to expire prior to the by-sell close. This Phase I update was performed by Weston Solutions' Montana office.
