Additional Property Attributes

Historic records indicate that the subject property was vacant land until it was developed as an apartment complex in 1985. The property consists of three buildings containing 23 affordable housing units, primarily utilized by seniors. A Phase I ESA virtual site visit was performed on August 13, 2020 by Ms. Tana Jones with the assistance of Mr. Jess McGee (HDA Management, Limited Liability Corporation [LLC]). A Phase I update was then paid for by MT DEQ as the by-sell date was set to exceed the Phase I's 6-month expiration date. This Phase I update was performed by Montana's Weston Solutions Office.
