Additional Property Attributes

The Site is located in a residential area of Lodge Grass, MT and consist of a residence used for to house teachers who work for Lodge Grass ISD, and bus barn that was used for Lodge Grass ISD busses. The residence was built around 1945, and the bus barn was constructed around 1970. Currently, the residence is vacant, and the bus barn is used as storage. Reportedly, methamphetamine was used and possibly manufactured in the house. A prior study (and the current Phase II sampling) found methamphetamine contamination in both the house and the bus barn. The Tribe plans to demolish the house and put a mobile home in its place, and remediate the bus barn for methamphetamine contamination.
