Additional Property Attributes

The known uses of the subject property include a historical hotel, drug store, jewelry store, clothing store,
flower shop, and an ice cream parlor. The property is currently vacant and was declared unsafe for human
occupancy by the City of Montgomery in May 2019. According to tax records, the building on the subject
property was constructed in 1900. The building is to be demolished to create additional parking for the Amtrak depot and city offices. Ownership will be the City of Montgomery.
