Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical sources, the subject property has been developed since as early as 1937. By 1940, the property was developed with a large warehouse on the southern portion and two commercial buildings on the northern portion of the subject property.. By 1971, the commercial building on the northwest portion of the subject property was visible. The subject property has reportedly been the location of businesses including: wooden pallet restoration, automotive upholstery shop, boat building, commercial overhead door installation and repair, glass eye manufacturing, used book storage and sales, medical marijuana cultivation, cabinet making, violin manufacturing and restoration, storage of antiques and used furniture and fixtures, and outside storage of vehicles and equipment.
Since 2020, the property has operated as a multi-use commercial art and cultural center and a smaller community house used for meetings, cultural events, and other non-residential uses. The south-southeast portion of the subject property is used for vegetable gardening.
