Additional Property Attributes

A newspaper printing facility operated on the subject property from approximately the 1950s to 2019. Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) identified in the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment include the past onsite printing facility operations, a potential onsite underground storage tank (UST), and several RECs due to nearby operations. No soil or groundwater sampling was conducted at the subject property under the EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant. An Asbestos-Containing Materials Survey identified asbestos in building materials on the subject property.
