Additional Property Attributes

The Waggoners Trucking properties are four parcels sitting adjacent to each other on the northeast corner of SE 1th Street and I-35 near downtown Oklahoma City. This parcel is currently 16 acres of vacant land that used to house oil and gas exploration and production activities. A Phase II/Limited Subsurface Investigation by StanTech in 2020 revealed levels of TPH that were high enough to warrant a cleanup under OCC Guardian Guidance. Contaminated soils will be removed until remaining soil levels are acceptable to OCC standards.
