The Waggoner Family purchased this parcel of land in 1995 to use it as a Trucking Facility. This particular parcel houses the Maintenance Bay and office buildings of the trucking company. This is the only parcel of the 4 Waggoner Trucking parcels that has USTs on site (Facility ID 55-03703). In August of 1998, eight 20,000-gallon diesel USTs were removed from the north side of the maintenance building and due to contamination found during removal, OCC PSTD opened Case #064-2143, which then closed in 2000. However, at the same time, they also removed four 10,000-gallon USTs (1 gasoline, 1 antifreeze, 1 motor oil, and 1 gear oil), and one 1,500-gallon used oil UST from the area just west (used oil) and east (others) of the service bay area, but no samples were reported from that area and no case was opened in that area.

Subsurface investigations at the time of the property transaction in 2020 revealed TPH in the soil and groundwater in that service bay/maintenance bay area at high enough levels to warrant another release case: Case #064-4556. This parcel will undergo corrective action through the OCC Petroleum Storage Tank Division Indemnity Fund.
