Additional Property Attributes

According the the Phase I, this site has a historic oil well and associated aboveground storage tank located adjacent to the east. The site assessments were reviewed by OCC Brownfield Program staff and it was determined that no further action was necessary. So, this site is currently owned by the Oklahoma Urban Redevelopment Authority. They will hold on to it until a developer or citizen wishes to purchase it and build a home on it.
