An asbestos-containing materials (ACM) survey was completed for the subject property. Approximately 2,500 square feet of ACM was identified in the ceiling texture on ceiling decking throughout the western rooms except the entry. All ACM should be properly removed and disposed of before any renovation work that may disturb the material.
