Additional Property Attributes

The Dumronkietman building is located on Michigan Avenue, the main street in Smithers, visible from Route 60. The building has been used a electronic repair shop since the 1970s. There were no RECs identified for the property, but it is in poor condition. The floor is collapsing into the basement of the building. The City of Smithers is interested in obtaining the property for demolition, given the condition of the building. Initial plans include a conversion to green space for use by adjacent businesses.
