Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the initial phase I, the residential property included one residenital buidling (home), a detached garage, and two sheds. The phase I was requested for due diligence purposes as part of a property transaction. If the project is determined to be feasible, the property will be redeveloped in conjunction with the neigboring property (Kalispell Meridan) into affordable rental homes. Sampling for building materials was conducted and asbsestos containing building materials were identified.
