Additional Property Attributes

The vacant building was in very poor condition and attracted trespassers, including children, who may be exposed to contamination and who are using the building for illicit activities. The building was in very poor structural condition and may have been exposing trespassers to chemical or physical harm. The Fort Peck Tribes, who owned the property, which used to serve as housing, conducted an assessment and a follow-up cleanup. The area where the former building is located will become either parking space or will be used to construct a storage facility.
