Additional Property Attributes

The subject Site includes a tract of land totaling approximately 0.4 acres located on the north end of Okemah, Oklahoma along U.S. Highway 62. The commercial property is developed with a 1,600?square foot 1930's automotive shop and fueling station, as well as a 2,900?square foot metal siding storage facility that was added in 2019. The fueling station (OCC Facility H5416727) formerly had at least three (3) fuel dispensers and at least three (3) USTs located on the south edge of the site. The subject
Site's USTs were present prior to regulation and record keeping as far back as 1930.
As a result, the subject Site's 3 former USTs are considered to be a REC. There are is evidence of a used oil tank that was on site at one point, and may still be there.

This property is being purchased by Progressive Environmental Services LLC, an environmental company from Virginia, to use as an Oklahoma office.
