Additional Property Attributes

The property is located in a mixed-use area on the north side of the town of San Manuel, and includes one 20,000-square-foot commercial building. The property was developed in 1953 and has been used for commercial purposes. Since approximately 1980, the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks has owned the property. Contamination related to building materials, such as asbestos and lead-based paint are present. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks plan to maintain and update the building with assistance from the San Manuel Revitalization Coalition as a key multi-tenant commercial property.
