Additional Property Attributes

The property historically served as farm ground. The City of Laurel would like to redevelop the site into an industrial park. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not identify any recognized environmental conditions; however, Cedar County, Nebraska is classified as an EPA Radon Zone Level 1 and has high potential for average indoor radon concentrations greater than 4 picoCuries per liter. Radon testing is recommended as part of any redevelopment project.
