Additional Property Attributes

Part of cluster of three properties. EPA removal action conducted. Phase I repeated to facilitate property transfer.

Former Use: Formerly owned by KDI, operating under the name of M.J. Daly Company, a chemical distribution company that operated from the 1940's to 1980's, now bankrupt. USEPA conducted soil and groundwater sampling activities at the site in 1989 and 2003. KDEP conducted follow-up assessment activities in 2004 and 2005. VOC's were confirmed. 2005 removal actions included decommissioning of numerous aboveground storage tanks and demolition of a warehouse and concrete slab. Installation of a subsurface sheet pile cell around contaminated soil and three groundwater monitoring wells were installed. Groundwater sampling was completed in 2015.
