Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is a school originally constructed in 1915 with the high school added in 1997. The school plans to remove the current coil-fired boiler and install a new system in a different location in the building. The current boiler room will be renovated and used for storage. A limited ACM survey was conducted for the boiler room and associated hot water system. No ACM was identified within the areas samples; however, some of the suspected ACM could not be sampled and is assumed to be ACM. Additional materials may be present in parts of the boiler that could not be observed during the inspection.
