Additional Property Attributes

The Property was developed for commercial purposes between 1964 and 1970 and remained the same throughout 2018. The historical presence and operation of a service station type drain at the upgradient adjoining property to the west is identified as a recognized environmental condition and a vapor encroachment condition due to the potential for contaminated soil vapor and groundwater to migrate to the Property. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment is recommended.

The asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) survey resulted in no findings of ACM or LBP at the Property.
