Additional Property Attributes

The Property is privately owned agricultural land that was damaged in the March 2019 flooding event. The asbestos-containing materials (ACM) Survey positively identified ACM within the dwelling on the Property. All ACM must be properly removed and disposed of prior to building demolition.
