Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of one parcel that encompasses approximately 2 acres. The subject property
is improved by one two-story main building, two single-story auxiliary structures, two sheds, and a
historical grain silo. Review of historical aerial images and topographic maps revealed apparent presence
of a structure on the subject property from 1945 to at least as late as 1982 (Environmental Data Resources,
Inc. [EDR] 2022a, f). It is unknown what happened to this structure. The main building was built in 1994
by the Montrose County Authority and furnished migrant housing. The other structures were built
sometime after 1994. Haven House of Montrose, Inc. began renting the subject property in 2011 and
purchased it in 2015. The subject property currently hosts transitional housing for homeless families.
Haven House of Montrose, Inc. plans to add a 9,200-square-foot, two-story addition to the existing
structure. The addition will provide low-income housing and house an early-childhood education program.
