Old school building, closed in 1980. Sold to private partnership, remained vacant. Building ceded to Wells county for unpaid taxes in 2018. An environmental assessment was performed at the request of Wells County to determine quantity and location of ACM and other contaminants. Building in deteriorating condition, will be demolished upon removal of hazardous materials and asbestos.
