Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is located in a mixed residential and commercial area in Denver, Denver County,
Colorado. The subject property consists of four parcels: 3939, 3915, 3925-3929 Morrison Road and 548 Perry. The three parcels on Morrison Road are currently owned by Lamar Properties IV LLC and the one parcel on South Perry Street is owned by Lamar Properties II LLC. Each rental property contains one to five units. The property at 3939 Morrison
