Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical sources (Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps), the subject property has been
developed since at least 1914. In 1914, the property was developed with two commercial buildings used
as a saloon and barber shop on the northeast part of the property and an icehouse in the western portion of
the property. In 1929, a dwelling was developed on the southeast part of the property. Between 1929 and
1946, the three structures and icehouse were removed (Appendix F-2). The building currently developed
on the subject property was developed in 1946 on the southern half of the property (Property Record
Card, Appendix D-2). The building was historically used by Judith Basin County for maintenance of
county-owned vehicles.
