Additional Property Attributes

The subject property is currently owned by Mr. John Rae and has been unoccupied for a significant number
of years (Tetra Tech 2021). Historically the property operated as furniture store, barber shop, and grocery.
The second floor was used as business office space. Improvements at the subject property include a twostory
brick fa�e structure of approximately 11,300 square feet. The basement of the structure was used
for storage and contains the coal-fired boiler room. The main floor of the structure is commercial/retail and
the upper level is professional office space. The building is currently unoccupied. The property fronts Main
Street and is separated from the roadway by a concrete sidewalk. The building occupies most of the
property with adjacent buildings/lots abutting the structure to the north and south. There is a limited amount
of access to the back (west) side of the building that can be accessed via an alley from 2nd Street.
