Additional Property Attributes

The 10.30-acre Subject Property consists of one parcel occupied by a single-story structure used as a
community gathering facility. The associated park (Pioneer Park) has a walking trail, pavilion, portable
restroom, and several park benches for public use. The Subject Property was developed in 1923 as
Pioneer Park. The existing structure referred to as the Jaycee Clubhouse was built during the late 1960s.
The Jaycee Clubhouse is being considered for future use as the Libby Food Pantry facility. The Subject
Property is within the National Priority Listing (NPL) for the Libby Asbestos Superfund Site and was
included in the vermiculite removal effort performed for remediation.
