Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of an approximately 0.13-acre portion of a 0.27-acre parcel and the west unit of a side-by-side residential duplex. Constructed in 1975, the residential duplex is a single-story house with an attached garage, attic and crawlspace. The subject property (2914 Rams Lane) is approximately 870-square-feet and is the west unit of the residential duplex. The adjoining south units (2912 Rams Lane) is not part of the subject property. The subject property has been in a mixed-use, residential, and commercial area of Fort Collins since at least 1950. There is no evidence of structures on the subject property until 1975. Since late 1970s, the subject property and adjoining properties to the south and north were redeveloped with the existing residential duplex buildings. At the time of site reconnaissance, the subject property was occupied; however, the property was unoccupied as of September 23, 2022.
