Additional Property Attributes

The TBA consisted of an ASTM 1527-13 Phase I and ASTM E1903-19 Phase II Environmental Assessments. Phase II consisted of sampling for asbestos and lead based paint to support the previously conducted assessment. Phase II also included installing one temporary groundwater well to collect a groundwater sample that was analyzed for VOCs. A VCUP Application letter was drafted and finalized for McGinnis Gymnasium to verify that the groundwater on the subject property was not impacted by the aboveground storage tanks located at the adjacent north former school bus fueling area.
