Additional Property Attributes

The approximately 2-acre Subject Property consists of one parcel currently occupied by two metal-sided slab on grade, storage structures, equipment in various stages of operability, a former petroleum storage tank storage tank, a concrete containment area, and multiple areas of stored chemicals and debris. Historically the property operated as post treatment plant and underwent a Comprehensive Environmental Response and Liability Act (CERCLA) assessment. According to the Subject Property representative, the assessment resulted in the incineration of on-site chemicals and removal of impacted soil. In early December 2022, EPA removed miscellaneous drums from the site.
