Additional Property Attributes

The Campus Corner site consists of several parcels along SE 15th Street being developed by Sooner Investments into mixed-use/commercial/residential near Rose State Community College in Midwest City. Currently, the parcels house an old bar/storage building, alternator repair shop, and strip mall. There is rumored to be a UST at the old alternator repair shop, which is why the OCC is involved.
