Additional Property Attributes

From Property Proposal (OES): Producers Downtown Development, LCC (Producers) is the current owner of the Site, formerly known as Producers CoOp Oil Mill located, generally, south of Oklahoma City Boulevard and east of South Shields Boulevard. Minimal impacts to soil and groundwater within the Site boundaries are emanated from historic oil and gas activities in the immediate area. This Brownfields Proposal relates to a separate parcel of real property located on the farm southeast reaches of the Producers property which is approximately 0.5286 acres located in the Northwest Quarter of Section 3, Township 11 North, Range 3 West, I.M. The site consists of approximately 0.5286?acre parcel of currently vacant, undeveloped land owned by Producers Downtown Development, LLC. There is currently no proposed future use of the Producers property. However, the Producers Property is available for development and will likely be developed in accordance with current and future Oklahoma City zoning requirements. Activity use and limitations have been placed on a portion of the Producers property requiring engineering controls in the form of a vapor barrier for buildings.
